Wes Torsch started in the industry in 1977.
- 1977-1980 Olympic Express - Driver.
- 1980-1986 MATS/Modern Traffic - Established and managed distribution centers and in charge of driver safety program.
- 1986-1994 PTS - Main duties were carrier negotiations and customer relations.
- 1994-Present - Total Logistics Corp.
Jeff Sears started in the industry in 1986.
- 1984-1987 ABF Freight - Outbound operations supervisor
- 1987-1994 Carolina Freight - Began as an inbound operations supervisor and ended in sales as an account manager.
- 1994-Present Total Logistics Corp.
