We are a leading third-party logistics (3PL) company, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commission-based sales representative to join our team.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced account executives in the logistics industry who are aiming to expand their growth potential at a new company under a strong, commission-based role;

  • Can provide a broad amount of current knowledge for their clients and maintain current knowledge of market trends in evolving industry.
  • Generate new leads, attract new prospects while ensuring client and carrier retention.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, that translate over to dispatchers, drivers, and other staff on shipments statuses.
  • Proficient in customer service with a high sense of urgency with result-oriented focus.
  • Offer well rounded and valued options for customers so they can make smart supply chain decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Recent transportation experience with LTL carrier or 3PL Logistics Provider.
  • Team player, forward thinker, and able to execute the vision of the company’s management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding experience.
  • Proven success managing an outside sales territory, prospecting and on-time service closing sales.
  • Demonstrates ability to meet sales targets and generate gross profit from new business.
  • Maintain and grow existing business.
  • Motivated by personal and career growth, with a drive to succeed.
